Application Window
Our application will open on Monday, November 2nd by 12:00 PM (noon) and close at 11:59 PM on Thursday, December 3, 2020. The application will be available front and center on our Admissions Page
Application
The application process will be all online this year. Physical copy submissions of applications will not be accepted.
Who Can Apply
This year we are only accepting applications for incoming 7th graders. Our school primarily serves students and families who reside within the AUHSD boundaries. Similar to last year, approximately 35 spaces will be reserved for inter-district candidates (students who reside outside of the AUHSD boundaries). There is no limit to the number of students who can apply who reside outside of the district boundaries, but only approximately 35 spaces will ultimately be available to those applicants. The traditional acceptance of approximately 200 students from within the district is still in place.
Entrance Exams & Admittance Determination Process
Our school is still evaluating the process for entrance examinations this year, and determining the format in which the process will occur. There will likely be significant modifications or variations from previous years due to the current health and safety requirements.
Parent Information Meetings & Support
Our parent information meetings for those interested in applying to Oxford Academy will occur in a modified virtual format. We plan on providing information that is easily accessible to parents and students through our website. More information will come as the application window opens through early November.
